1. General Provisions

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

• Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple persons may not use the same account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

588fb will not be liable for any loss arising from a security breach, unless it is proven that the fault lies with our own systems.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

588fb currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). There is no fixed upper limit on deposits, however identity verification may be required for large amounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

The same methods are used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Transactions through third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Deposited funds will only be eligible for withdrawal after they have been wagered at least once.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, 588fb may place the withdrawal on hold until the investigation is complete.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no option for currency conversion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are stated at the time the offer is announced.
• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular and active members can automatically join the VIP program. There are four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving up to a higher tier earns you weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier changes depend on the member's activity and engagement, and are determined at the discretion of 588fb.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only once it has been confirmed by the system. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical error will be treated as void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Cancelled Bets and Result Changes

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount for that bet will be refunded. No disputes will be accepted after the result of an event has been announced, unless it is proven that there was a technical error in the data.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

588fb reserves the right to set a maximum win amount for any single bet or series of bets. For winnings that exceed this limit, the decision of the authority is final.

6.4 Incorrect Odds

588fb reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error or human mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 588fb platform. Violating these rules will result in account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or operating a third party's account.
• Engaging in activity with the intent to fraudulently claim bonus and promotion benefits.
• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated tool.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Harassing or intimidating other members or staff.
• Registering or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Collusion or coordinated betting that defrauds the system.
